Marrying Tradition with Innovation for Unrivaled Rice Quality

We believe that exceptional rice quality requires a harmonious blend of time-tested techniques and state-of-the-art technology. Our commitment to innovation is evident in our strategically located processing facilities in Delhi, which boast a combined capacity of 300 metric tons per day. This significant capacity allows us to efficiently meet the demands of both domestic and international markets while upholding our uncompromising standards of quality.

Our fully automated production process integrates the best equipment from around the world, including precision German sortex machines, renowned for their ability to identify and remove even the slightest imperfections, Japanese graders known for their meticulous accuracy, and automated packing systems that ensure consistent weight and freshness. By minimizing manual labor, we not only increase efficiency but also reduce the risk of human error, guaranteeing that every grain meets our exacting specifications.

But technology is only part of the story. We also retain a deep respect for the traditional knowledge of rice cultivation and processing. Our experienced team carefully monitors every stage of the production process, from the initial sourcing of the rice to the final packaging, ensuring that the unique characteristics of each variety are preserved. By marrying tradition with innovation, we create rice products that are not only of the highest quality but also authentically reflect the rich culinary heritage of India.

Process involves

Paddy is non-consumable in its raw form, by humans & needs to be fully processed for obtaining rice. Rice milling is the process of removing hulls & barns to produce high-quality polished rice which is further processed to obtain various secondary & tertiary products.

Paddy cleaner is the most essential equipment in a rice mill. It separates the impurities like dust, straw, sand, clay and heavy particles of even and uneven sizes from paddy. The advantages of a paddy cleaner is that it increases the life of rubber rollers and the percentage of oil in bran.

Destoning is a processing technique for removing stones and broken grains from a batch of milled rice.

Rice, in its raw form is covered with a hard protective covering which is known as rice husks or rice hulls. Husking is the process of removing rice hulls/rice husks from the rice. The equipment involved in the process is based on a centrifugal process.

Husk aspiration is the process designed to separate husk from the mixture of brown rice & paddy & husk. The machine is equipped with a dynamically balanced blower that results in separation of husk.tent

Paddy separation involves the process of separating the brown rice from the paddy that has not been husked. The machine used in the process works following the difference in specific gravity, granularity & friction between the paddy & brown rice.

The whitening process includes the removal of a part or the entire bran layer and germ from brown rice. The whitener is used for whitening brown rice to white rice. The rice is whitened very gently through a smooth flow of rice & the efficient aspiration system in the machine.

The polishing process enhances the appearance of milled rice by removing the remaining bran particles. It also polishes the exterior of the milled kernel.

  • Length Grading: Separating small and large brokers from head rice.
  • Blending: Mixing head rice with a predetermined amount of brokers.

In the end, the polished rice is prepared for our premium packaging & is later transported to the customer.
